I was in crisis and came to Warneford to get help. I was assessed, given reassurance and was followed up by my team the following day. The lady was very kind, honest and real.

The staff are always excellent when we phone up and tell me exactly what is happening. When there are significant changes the lead consultant or nurse call. However, generally there could be or proactive nursing contact with the family. The family liaison main contact has not really worked.

Nothing further.
I am really impressed with the personalised care my daughter receives and the opportunities she has had here both therapy and other activities. Of course I would rather she was not I’ll, but even so she has had experiences and opportunities that she would not have had otherwise eg drumming, plastering.

I love this place and I like all the teachers there and they are so nice and they do listen to me and I like them back and I feel totally feel safe
